- Show a new pawn, renewal, redemption, and forfeiture with sample records.
- Show a layaway payment, sale, return or correction, and the resulting receipt.
- Locate an item at another store and show the transfer process.
- Show end-of-day reports and how to trace a figure back to its transactions.
- Have a staff member try the workflow and note where help is needed.
